I love creating worlds and exercising my imagination, and bringing that to other people so they can share the joy!
That I get to share the stories in my head with the MM community I love getting my stories out into the world, sharing them with like minded people. It's the career I didn't know I needed, but I couldn't not write now. I'd not know what to do with myself! Everything! I love the freedom of losing myself in my characters' worlds. The limitless freedom to create relatable characters in unlikely scenarios. Letting the characters roam free in my brain and lead the way. The ability to map out my own inner thoughts into a world that I can invite other people to take part in...and sometimes I make people go 'ewww, god, what is wrong with you?' with the gory bits. I love that I can give ultimate life to the characters in my head and take my readers along for the ride. I love that I get to disappear into a different world, and as a writer, I get to take people with me. The freedom to get lost in my imagination. Letting the stories in your head come to life! The creative escape from the everyday. I love writing about finding love in small towns where everyone knows everyone. I'm all about family and found family as well as well-intended meddling friends. The creative outlet makes me more socially acceptable lol Everything but especially the people it has brought into my life, both real and imaginary I love that I get to show again and again that love has no shame and that you should be yourself, no matter what others may think. I love the process of writing, of crafting a whole novel, of weaving in all the details to make it really shine. It’s my happy place where everything makes sense in the world. Writing has always been my escapism. Not only is it therapeutic, it's also my only creative outlet because I don't have patience or the skill to be otherwise artistic. Writing gives me happy fizzy brain chemicals I love being able to help two lonely souls find their special someones. Bringing love stories to life I love being able to share the wild and zany characters, and the worlds they exist in, that live rent-free in my brain! Building immersive worlds Coming up with new characters and realising they've got their own story brewing My favorite thing about writing is the being able to create and explore different worlds, issues, and personalities, as well as providing a glimpse into cultures readers are not familiar with. I love bringing imaginary people to life and sharing them with others. Sharing stories from my heart. I love bringing the characters I have in my head coming to life on the page. I love romance! And I love writing about sexy, funny, sometimes geeky and quirky men who get the HEA they deserve. I get to share the love stories in my head. Everything! But especially writing about people falling in love and getting their happily ever after Immersing myself in the world of my characters I love that when I write I can escape into a world of magic, romance, smut, and happily ever afters. It's a constant adventure, but one where I get to make all the rules. I can't imagine not wanting to tell stories. I love it when I'm in the zone, inside the character's head, and the writing comes like magic. To share the stories of my imagination I love putting as many queer HEAs into the world as possible! The freedom to express yourself I love telling stories about all kinds of happy, loving, resilient queer lives. I love exploring challenging and emotional topics with flawed but lovable characters. That it lets me explore different words and allows me to share those worlds with others |
